Brief:

The construction of a new spa for an existing hotel, comprising of a full groundworks remit and the construction of a new swimming pool. Throughout the entirety of the project, the hotel must remain open. The works must ensure disruption to the guests is kept to an absolute minimum, due to importance of future events booked.

Successes:

With all constructions adhering to time predictions, the Hatherley Manor Hotel remains fully functioning and thriving for the wide array of events in the coming months. Communication with management has been consistant and clear, allowing for a strong business relationship to form. All weddings booked during the construction period were fulfilled with no issues.

Redmaids School

Brief:

Works to be done for Redmaids Sixth Form, including a site strip, foundations (to be dug into rock), large floor slabs with a power float, initial drainage to include large attenuation tanks. The works would then follow on to complete further drainage services, along side the hard and soft landscaping; this included the construction and implementation if large concrete steps.

Successes:

This site was completed under strict timeframes, allowing for a continuous flow of work, which allowed us to work as efficiently as possible. The Sixth Form was opened ready for the new intake of A-Level students in September 2017.

New build multi-unit housing site. Cut and fill operation to minimise spoil being removed from site. Concrete footings, drainage and services and then hard landscaping incl. SUDS.
